Foothills Properties is committed to the quality of your rental experience and take every repair request seriously.

Critical emergencies include water leaks or flooding, fire, electrical problems created by lightening strikes, multiple plumbing backups, or fallen trees.  Please call our office directly at 520-299- 2100.

Less critical or routine repair requests will be handled as quickly as possible.  A Foothills-approved sub-contractor will contact you to schedule a service call.

Important

Your request will be processed at the first available time. For insurance purposes and your protection, Foothills does not allow its vendors to enter your home without your presence. Please understand that your position as a tenant does not relieve you of the responsibility to insure repairs and maintenance issues are addressed any more than if you owned the home. We try to make every effort to schedule our vendors at your convenience, but there will be times when you may need to schedule repairs calls during work hours – just as you would if you were the owner!

Note: In the event the following items are detected to be causing the repair issue, Tenant will be charged (including parts, labor, trip charges): Resetting Breakers; manually turning garbage disposal and/or hitting re-set button; Unchanged, clogged AC Filter; Refrigerator filter Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
