Tucson and Surrounding Areas… Since 1985
It isn’t just a slogan! Executive Quality defines Foothills Properties’ commitment to exacting standards in property management, leasing and sales of residential real estate.
On the management side, we manage approximately 600 properties: single family homes, townhomes and condos; from the northwest to the southeast and all points between; unfurnished long-term rentals, or furnished Vacation and Corporate properties.
Tenants are provided ease of selection by using our online Rental Showcase to preview available homes, gather information, review the application and screening process, and schedule appointments to view selected homes.
Investors, Tucson is a very different market than any other you may have experienced. With Foothills Properties, you will find an experienced team of professionals who combine the best practices of property management with market savvy. If you are already working with a Sales Agent, we are happy to assist them and you through the selection process. We enjoy working with our REALTOR® colleagues.
