Your Owner and Tenant clients will be “registered” as your personal clients to insure:

• Your Client Referrals will get special care
• You will be paid referral fees on all registered Owner and Tenant clients
• Your clients will be returned to you at the end of their contract
• If your Tenant Referral ends up buying his/her rental property, or your Owner referral’s property is bought by his tenant, you are automatically included in the commission!

• Place your Buyer Clients in a short-term furnished rental while they’re home shopping
• Place your Buyer Clients in a long-term unfurnished rental when they just aren’t ready to buy.  Park them with us until they are and you’ll save a potential sale.  If they buy their rental, you are automatically included in the commission! 
• Convert those “long in the tooth” listings to a rental property.  They’ll be returned to you later as a sale listing.  Remember, if the property is bought by the tenant, you are automatically included in the commission.
